Mail Information

User name your email address you@example.com
Password assigned to you when you set up your account - case is important!
Secure Password Authentication? No - that is a Microsoft specific option, which isn't all that secure
Use SSL Yes if your EMail software complains about the certificate authority not being trusted (typically only older version of Outlook do this) then download this certificate and install it. See our SSL page for more information.
Outgoing Mail server (SMTP server) smtp.cubehost.net
Mailbox format Generally IMAP this allows you to store email on the server in addition to your computer (usually) but it also allows you to use web mail at the same time as a real email program, and allows you to have multiple real email programs access the same mailbox (programs at work & home for example).
If you never want to use web mail, and only access email from one computer, and don't want the server to store your email once you download it, then choose POP3.
Incoming Mail server (IMAP server) imap.cubehost.net see above about mailbox format
