No Copyrighted Material
No Illegal Content (Illegal defined as within any and all jurisdictions within the United States of America)
No Warez
No Daemons without prior authorization
No IRC Daemons
No IRC bots without prior approval
No Proxies or Relays of any kind (including web, ssh, irc, audio, video)
No Illegal Activity or Unauthorized Usage of any systems anywhere originating or transporting through our resources (no Cracking/Hacking)
Excessive usage of resources is prohibited
No web-casting, broadcasting or other streaming media from normal web accounts or shell accounts
No subversion of computer, operating system or physical security
No binding to ports less than 1024 without prior approval
No game servers without prior authorization

Violations of any of the above rules may result in any or all of the following actions to be taken.

FTP Account Suspension/Termination
Mailbox Suspension/Termination
Domain Name Resolution Suspension/Termination/Redirection
Domain Name Suspension/Termination/Redirection/Revocation of Registration
Web Site Suspension/Termination/Redirection
For EMail related violations, fines up to $10 per recipient and/or $10/ 1024 bytes
For Excessive Bandwidth/Data Transfer violations, fines up to 2 * current Cube Host prices or $1000, whichever is greater
For excessive data storage violations, fines up to 2 * current Cube Host prices or $250, whichever is greater
